An expanding major Swiss insurance company needed more office space to consolidate a group being joined from Chicago. We were engaged to assist in finding and determining an appropriate location. 40 Wall Street was chosen. Individual offices were enclosed with an open glass wall system that utilized gradually increasing transparency from the highest panel of clear segments to opaque bottom segments creating a sense of vanity while maintaining the connection to the community.  Three colors of carpet were selected with one color in the open office area, another in the ring of enclosed executive offices, and the pathway a combination of all three.
