PUREMONT Marina

A Marina park is proposed with 102 boat capacity on the existing pier space. The extended floating boat decks and oyster reef are designed to reduce the impacts of the water surge and purify the Hudson riverside. Spacious parking spaces are enclosed with waterproofing elevated landscapes protecting the vehicles from sea level rise and potential flooding. The entire lot provides a public-accessible park and amphitheater dining, and the event space venue is additional. The Marina park concept has been inspired by a theme park that can be a destination spot for getaways of New Yorkers.
