Building Description:  Southmoor House – A luxury pre-war apartment building with 17 floors built-in 1937. Working with interior designer and dental office professional Mary Evans, this dental clinic to the stars was enlarged and carved into an additional floor area within the building that the practice currently occupies. Inefficient and poor arrangements, lost space, twisting hallways, and illogical access points, were cleaned up and a resurfacing and repainting of the entire space brightened and opened the experience to a positive one. Additional operatives and a world-class dental laboratory, imported from Germany, create a state-of-the-art comprehensive dental and orthodontics center.
