Restoration of a landmarked building on the historic campus of Pratt Institute with an auditorium and theater seating for 300 people. A film and videotaping classroom was developed in the original balcony and the seating arrangement was revised to put seating in the ideal center and to prevent the side aisles from being used for standing room damaging the wood wainscoting.  A handicapped access ramp is added for easy entry to and from the stage.
