Complete façade and interior renovation for 2 commercial floors in a mixed-use building. The corner location on Lexington Avenue in the Upper East Side makes it a prime spot for retail. Furthermore, the project forms a transition between the existing brownstone building and the upcoming buildings in the area. The glass facade forms the focus of this transition, and at the same time brings in natural light.
